Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and solutions, with a focus on leveraging Copilot and AI capabilities to differentiate our offerings and provide higher value to customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with our technical and consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and contribute to the overall growth of the company by positioning our AI-driven solutions as a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and solutions, emphasizing the unique value of Copilot and AI-driven features.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business needs and challenges to position Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Copilot and AI tools, as the ideal solution.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts, highlighting how AI and Copilot can drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage for clients.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to design and propose Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that incorporate Copilot and AI capabilities to address client requirements and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products, including Copilot and AI features, and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with implementation and support teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing support, showcasing the benefits of Copilot and AI tools throughout the customer journey.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Leverage AI analytics to provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals and initiatives, ensuring Copilot and AI capabilities are effectively communicated in all campaigns and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven tools and their application in business processes, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot.
- Familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of AI and Copilot to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge and industry experiences, particularly in AI and Copilot functionalities.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, digital transformation trends, and AI-driven business applications.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, finance, or professional services, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to solve industry-specific challenges.
