GOAL
Approvals had no systematic tracking or standard timelines. Skilled staff lost time to manual coordination, reconciliation and spreadsheet errors. Bottlenecks and key-person dependency put continuity at risk.
What We Delivered
With SCSK, we implemented Business Central in the cloud. One central platform replaced scattered tools and manual records. We built workflows around the business rules of Kowa, including an end-to-end, rule-based document approval workflow.
RESULT
Delivered on time across all business units, with loan, interest and settlement reporting intact. Approvals are now transparent and automated, and data integrity holds across the platform.

We implemented Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to unify financial operations and control. We built interactive Power BI dashboards. Cost tracking and performance analysis now run automatically across entities.
