What You Need to Run PRIME AI Agents
PRIME does not need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. Each user needs a Microsoft 365 licence. Your tenant needs one Copilot Studio pack to deploy the agents.
Copilot Credits are shared across your tenant. They are not bought per user. Agents can run in channels such as Teams.
We are a Microsoft Tier-1 Cloud Solution Provider. We can help you buy what you need.

How are PRIME agents different from Microsoft Copilot agents?
Microsoft Copilot agents help individuals with everyday work. PRIME agents are built for ERP workflows such as order entry, supplier quotations and invoice matching. Both run on Microsoft AI. Many businesses use the two together.
Do we need to replace our ERP to use PRIME?
No. PRIME agents work with the ERP you already run and with your connected systems. They read your data and write records back to the ERP. A person reviews the output before it is released.
Which systems do PRIME agents work with?
PRIME agents work with Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Cegid Retail, Salesforce, legacy systems and custom applications. Three agents are live on SAP Business One. Agents for SAP S/4HANA are in development.
