How Dynamics 365 Licensing Works
Dynamics 365 licences come in three types. Most customers use a mix.

Using More Than One Application: Base and Attach
Some people need more than one Dynamics 365 application. A sales manager who also handles customer service is one example. They do not need two full-price licences. The Base and Attach model from Microsoft lowers the cost of the extra application.
Terms vary by application and combination. We start with what each user does. Then we choose the Base licence that fits.

What AI features come with Microsoft 365 business plans?
They vary by plan. Copilot Chat includes enterprise data protection. Connecting to your own content needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
The data stays yours. Microsoft usually keeps it for 90 days in a limited-function account. It may then be deleted. This can vary by product and status.
