A modern, supported ERP that fits the processes of the new factory, with less manual paperwork.
What We Delivered
We led the move off Dynamics AX 2012. A diagnostic phase produced a solution blueprint for finance, supply chain, manufacturing and warehouse, with Thai localisation. We then delivered training, user acceptance testing, data migration, go-live and month-end support.
RESULT
The factory now runs on a modern, supported ERP. Warehouse automation cut errors and improved inventory accuracy. Standard Dynamics 365 features replaced manual work and customisation. Reporting on finance and production is faster.

What We Delivered
We rolled out Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across multiple brands. We built the ERP for the new factory, covering finance, supply chain and production. We localised the regional template for Thailand tax compliance and integrated it with group systems in Hong Kong.
RESULT
Delivered on time across retail outlets and the factory. The ERP supports outlet expansion and cross-entity operations. Data accuracy, efficiency and compliance improved across the Thailand entities.
