How Dynamics 365 Licensing Works
Dynamics 365 licences come in three types.
User licence
One licence for each named person.
Device licence
One licence for a shared device, such as a warehouse scanner.
Tenant licence
A licence for capacity across your tenant, not for a person.
Base and Attach
Your users need one full licence, called the Base licence. They can then use other Dynamics 365 applications at a lower Attach price. We check this rule on every quote.

What is a Cloud Solution Provider?
A Cloud Solution Provider, or CSP, is a Microsoft partner that sells and manages Microsoft cloud licences. We are a Tier-1 CSP, so we buy directly from Microsoft.
Where do you supply Microsoft licences?
We supply licences in ASEAN, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea. We run implementation and support projects in 11 countries.
Will I pay less if I buy through you?
We offer competitive prices and quote on your actual user numbers. We also right-size your licences and remove unused ones, which lowers your total cost.
Do I need a user licence or a device licence?
Choose a user licence if one person uses the system on several devices. Choose a device licence if many people share one device. We review your setup and recommend the right mix.
What is the Base and Attach model?
Each Dynamics 365 user needs one Base licence. They can add other Dynamics 365 applications at a lower Attach price. We apply this rule when we quote.
Can I buy Microsoft 365 Copilot through you?
Yes. We supply Microsoft 365 Copilot licences and help you choose which users should have them.
Can you also implement the system?
Yes. Licensing and implementation are separate scopes with separate quotes. We can do both or one only.
