How are PRIME agents different from Microsoft Copilot agents?
Microsoft provides ready-made agents across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365. PRIME agents are proprietary agents built by 9 Dots on the same Microsoft platform. They add operational workflows to Microsoft's standard agents, such as supplier risk and material shortage monitoring, and they work with other systems, including SAP Business One. Jumpstart ERP includes both kinds.
Do we need to replace our ERP to use PRIME?
No. PRIME works alongside what you already run, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Cegid Retail, legacy systems and custom applications. It adds automation to selected workflows without a full ERP replacement. Integration depends on the data access and interfaces your systems offer.
Is PRIME available for SAP?
