Every year, we take time to step away from our desks and come together as one team.
This year, colleagues from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea and Vietnam gathered in Phuket for four memorable days of learning, laughter and shared experiences. It was an opportunity to reconnect, welcome new colleagues and celebrate the people behind our business.
More Than a Company Trip
EThe trip began with our annual Townhall, where teams from across the region came together to reflect on the year so far, share business updates and look ahead to the opportunities ahead.
It was also a chance to welcome our colleagues from South Korea and Vietnam, making this gathering especially meaningful as our regional team continued to grow.
Time Well Spent Together
Away from the meeting rooms, the team enjoyed exploring the beautiful islands around Phuket, sharing meals, taking on new adventures and creating plenty of unforgettable memories.
Whether it was on the yacht, during dinner or simply enjoying conversations together, the trip reminded us that the strongest teams are built on genuine relationships.
One Team
Our work brings us together, but it's the friendships, trust and shared experiences that keep us connected. As we returned to our respective countries, we did so with renewed energy, stronger relationships and an even greater appreciation for the people we work alongside every day.
