We led the rollout with IT, operations and finance teams at OSM Thome. We localised one template for regional requirements and added reporting in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Microsoft Power Automate handles document workflows.

RESULT

Rolled out in phases, region by region. Standard processes across regions, central financial reporting, faster document handling and stronger audit readiness.

HOYA Electronics: Finance and Power BI reporting for 300 users

The Singapore subsidiary of the Japan-based HOYA Group. It focuses on high-precision manufacturing and regional supply chain activities.

Legacy finance and reporting systems did not connect, so figures arrived late. Manual consolidation slowed decisions and raised the risk of errors. Plant-level performance and cost control lacked insight.

What We Delivered

We implemented Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to unify financial operations and control. We built interactive Power BI dashboards. Cost tracking and performance analysis now run automatically across entities.

RESULT

More accurate financial figures and easier audits. A live view of production and cost centres. Teams build their own reports in Power BI.

A subsidiary of Canon Medical Systems Corporation with 130 users on Dynamics 365. It supplies CT, MRI, ultrasound and X-ray systems.

Existing systems did not support growth. Canon needed one solution for service, customers and finance.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

We automated field service with technician scheduling and dispatch. We centralised case management for service tracking and customer interactions. AI insights help plan service ahead of time.

RESULT

Technicians, cases and finance now work in one system. The platform supports further growth.
